The production programme encompasses over 1300 references to 31 brands, and in reacting to the current needs of the market it is successively supplemented by new products.Production takes place in modern production plants equipped with a state-of-the-art machine park. In its technological standard, ASMET equals to leading manufacturers of exhaust systems from European Union countries.For the production of elements of exhaust systems, metal plates and steel pipes with aluminium on both sides are used (layer 120 g/m2) and partially from heat-resistant and stainless steel. Aside from metal sheets and pipes for the production of mufflers, a stunning agent is used. The company ASMET uses an aggregate of glass fibre - roving Silentex. This absorber characterises in excellent properties of silencing sound, it is resistant to high temperatures and does not absorb condensate that settles in mufflers. Roving also has the advantage that it does not pollute the environment by exhausting fluids from the exhaust system to the atmosphere.In order to ensure high quality of manufactured products, all stages of production are encompassed by inspection for eliminating faulty elements in the production process. Parameters having an influence on the comfort and safety of using the products are particularly monitored. Therefore, specialist testing posts have been created to inspect: Muffler acoustics, air-tightness of muffler boxes, as well as the quality of welding.Our exhaust systems are sold in Poland through a network of distributors. This allows for quick and efficient realisation of the ordered assortment. The company is also known outside the country’s borders. Aus diesem Grund wurden spezielle Forschungsposten zur Kontrolle von: Akustik der Schalldämpfer, Dichte der Schalldämpferbüchsen und der Schweißqualität eingerichtet.
